4. Subscription and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription.

• Fees are billed on a recurring basis as per the chosen plan.
• You authorize us to process payments using your selected payment method.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• No refunds are issued for partially used periods unless required by law.

5. Data Privacy

We strive to maintain continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen events may cause temporary downtime. We are not liable for any resulting loss or inconvenience.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TaskMaker AI and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including data loss, revenue loss, or business interruption.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to the Service or other users. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Srinagar, J&K.
